Is this a buy-in community with a substantial up-front cost?

Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons is a rental community. Relative to a buy-in community, Club Members enjoy a modest one-time community fee of $5000. Members then pay a fixed monthly membership fee.

Do I have to move residences as my need for assistance changes?

Members may receive any level of support in any Private Residence at Cordia. If you wish to stay in the first residence you move into, you may do so as your needs change.

What if my requested residence size is not available?

In the event your preferred residence is unavailable, we will accommodate your wishes by offering the next most appropriate size. When your preferred unit size becomes available, it will be our pleasure to move your belongings, free of charge.

Are meal plans required?

One meal per day is included in the Club Living membership and three meals per day are included in the Club Living Plus membership. Additional meals may be added to the Club Living arrangements.

May I bring my pet?

When we say we're dedicated to fostering an environment in which you thrive, we are serious. One essential piece of our culture is our pet-friendly policy. Cats and small dogs up to 30lbs are warmly welcomed. Pet care is the responsibility of Club Member. An additional deposit may be required.

Is Parking Provided?

Those that drive regularly will be able to park in lots relatively close to the community. We recommend Club Members take advantage of our luxury valet service, which is available to all residents of Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons, without additional charge.
