Monthly Club Fees for 2026
Cordia at Grand Traverse Commons houses 110 private residences. Because of the unique nature of our historic renovation, very few units are exactly alike – they vary in shape and size, and pricing on each private residence depends on dimensions and location within the club. The following monthly fees, which are fully inclusive of the services outlined above, provide an idea of the starting prices for each residence type.

One-time Club Initiation Fee: $6,500.
This one-time fee for each private residence defrays the expense of the community amenities.
