Cordia is designed for people 55 and over who are ready to downsize to a larger life. Whether you are fully independent or could benefit from assistance, if the idea of being free from home maintenance is attractive to you, we hope you will pay us a visit. We have 30,000 square feet of common space and 110 private two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio residences within the renowned Village at Grand Traverse Commons. Residences are leased with no long term contracts and members pay a small, one-time Club initiation fee upon move in.
